As the founder of High Ground Leadership & Consulting Services LLC, I draw on my lived experience as a U.S. Army Staff Sergeant, mental health professional, and organizational leader to help teams rise to their highest potential. My work integrates principles from improvement science, behavioral health, and systems leadership to strengthen both human and operational resilience within organizations.
I specialize in guiding leaders through evidence-based assessment, reflective practice, and systemic alignment—helping them cultivate emotionally intelligent, high-performing teams that can adapt and endure under pressure.
